Great chairs, just the right height for our table and very sturdy!

Can not fault Gala. I ordered 5 chairs that are sturdy, well made and light and were ideal for extra seating around the dinner table. What really bench marked Gala for me was the delivery company were supposed to deliver to boxes. One box with four chairs and a separate single chair, however they only delivered the 2 of 2 box that consisted of the four chairs.i phoned gala who said they would liase with DPD and guaranteed the delivery the following day. This arrived first thing in the morning but it wasn't the 1 of 2 box, it was a 1 of 1 meaning in the first instance gala had resent another chair to satisfy my order prior to resolving the issue with DPD. Needed a replacement patio heater filament. My order was completed in a very courteous, helpful and efficient way. Delivery was received 4 days later in Jersey with clear product installation instructions, despite straddling Christmas Day. Packaging was excellent. Product now installed and working. Very pleased with purchase and appears to be a good quality product. Impressed with initial usage. Thought custom printing was very expensive. Also, wrong size frame was despatched even though everything else including side panels was the right size - picking error which obviously was not checked before despatch. However, this was rectified straight away and delivery was speedy.

I have purchased Gala Shades over the last few years and never had any issues with them in all weathers. They are a quality made item and whilst it may seem there are cheaper options , you only get what you pay for. Buy cheap buy twice, I would always recommend Gala Tent for a quick service with quality products at a competitive price.
