Customer service was great! 0% finance check took less than 30 minutes to get back to me which customer service( Darren) called me back straight away so I could order the 6x12 marquee ASAP which then got delivered within 24 hours I put my marquee up for a garden party everyone loved it and asked where I bought it from which I told them from gala tent, we love our marquee.

We bought the Green Gala tex flooring/carpet. It looks like a plastic mesh and comes in 3 metre widths. We ordered 4x4 m and were sent two lengths of 3x4. We were able to overlap the mesh and cover the required area. We pegged it over our grass and it was excellent for our dance floor. Great value. thank you.

Logo had been altered without consultation and was different from proof. There were blemishes across the print.The print had been put on across a seem - I assume over time this will peel off.

Something odd happened with this delivery, to Canvey Island; it was refused by the receiver. No explanation. I called the customer, who was having delivered there instead of his own premises, and he knew nothing of it. It was delivered at 2nd attempt. Or so I thought, but two days later, I received a new delivery note, free delivery for items that were missing. My customer spoke to Gala people to sort it out. I remain mystified!

The framework is very robust as is the fabric roof and both are likely to last for quite some time. However the carry bag was not so strong and the zip failed after the first time of using. We have a previous model that has served us well for several years and its transit bag is much stronger and is still used regularly with no problems.
