Delivery was as arranged. However, I have a question - why had I to wait 10 days for delivery after you received payment when you advertise next day delivery?

Thank you for your review Mr Rae, your chosen payment method was by cheque, the funds need to clear in the bank before the system will release goods for dispatch, payments made by credit card are instant cleared funds and go out on a next day service.

Web-site does not provide sufficient detail for ordering spares but the Customer Support telephone team knew their stuff. Prompt next day delivery.

Having ordered two 4x8m Gala marquees for our local Scout Group I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the really thorough packaging that ensured the components arrived undamaged. Although I have yet to put up the marquees I can see that the roof and sides are made of a thicker and better quality material than our other tents from another source.On a small note, I can see that the 'wing nut' bolts used to secure the poles could easily be lost over time and there are no spares with the original delivery. Overall a very good product.

Great marquee and easy to put togetherOnly issue is that there is no zip on the doors so difficult to secure from outside

Thank you for your review Mr Smith, The Gala Tent Elite actually users Dutch Lacing and is much more secure than zips as you can tie these off at the bottom of the panel, you cant achieve this security with zips. Watch the PVC video this may help.

Looks really professional and has made a huge difference to our events. Only thing is that the pegs supplied need to be longer, even the pegs for the tie down ratchet kits pull out relatively easily on soft ground.

Purchased because the school has your tables and chairs. Trying to set up delivery address separate from card holder address is unnecessarily difficult and should be available when setting up card holder address like most other businesses do!?

I bought the 3m x 4.5m heavy duty steel framed pop up gazebo. great piece of kit but the inevitable happened due to adverse weather and I bought a new canopy.
