I have had a PRO50 Gazebo and various add ons for a few years and needed some parts. I also had a slight issue with one side of a banner wrap. Really pleased with the process overall. The quality of the product is really impressive and the equipment it comes with for safe storage is really top quality. The purchase process was simple and the sales representative was helpful and very knowledgeable. My only criticism is of the design team who took far longer than we’d have liked to finalise the designs. The design process felt very disjointed and let the side down. Whilst the design work looks incredible on the product itself, I’m disappointed it took so long and missed a deadline for us. I don’t wish for that to dominate the overall process however which on the whole was very good.
