Excellent and easy to put up, on close inspection the holes for the leg pins are a little rough and swarf still evident (drill/milling bit blunt) also the only note is the lower brace bars are approx 6 inches of the floor which is fine if using all sides but if you want to leave a side panel out for access it forms a bit of a trip hazard, could be solved with different style brackets

This is the third Gala Tents Gazebo that I've ordered, and I wouldn't keep coming back if I didn't think they were great. Ordered this as a resource for the Swanton Morley Men's Shed, and I have always appreciated the strength and reliability of the product. It's easy to put up, and every detail is well thought through. This time I went for a slightly different model, with square steel legs instead of the slightly more expensive hex aluminium frame. It's a lot heavier, and doesn't fit quite so easily into the rolling bag - a tought combination when you are working on your own. But apart from that, it is brilliant. And sales and support have always been very helpful when I have needed to deal with them. Highly recommended.

Top Quality. The website has good information with good technical info. The product arrived within 3 days of ordering, I even had a back up phone call to see if they could offer any further help. The Pro 40 unit we ordered is excellent, easy to put up and felt extremely well made. I contacted Gala Tents about getting some spares for the tents we have had for quite a few years, these are still as good as when we bought them, providing excellent cover for our well dressing festival, the spares are needed because over the years you do sometimes lose bits, the covers them selves are still in excellent condition and are still the in the same good quality as when purchased, we had found Gala Tents on the internet and we would certainly buy from them again. I sent a email about spares to Gala Tents this was picked up by one of the sales people Darren Perry who sorted out what was needed priced them up and organised a fast delivery, excellent service.

This is my second order with Gala tent and yet again the service is excellent from start to finish The products are also excellent but the service will keep me coming back

This is the best bit about buying a Gala Tent, if something gets damaged you can just order the replacement part. This is the 2nd part we have ordered after the tent was damaged is severe winds.

Before purchasing a marquee I spent several month researching suppliers, price wasn't at the forefront of my mind it was more quality/returning customers. Mark made the transaction so simple and tried almost everything to offer the best package deal available. I cannot recommend this company enough, do not compromise quality for cheaper alternatives you will be disappointed! Finally our marquee stood the test against 2 70mph winds using the water weights provided (although not recommend) I was a nervous wreck! Thanks Mark and the team.
