Gutter is a great idea but Velcro part is slightly too long for gazebo

Products were fine, exactly as you would expect for the price and do the job I bought them for. I paid for the next day before 12pm delivery and this happened which was great. The only negative was that the website wasn't working correctly, so I had to place my order over the phone. Having said that, the chap on the phone was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

First table arrived damaged, contacted Gala and they collected and exchanged extremely quickly. The replacement item was in perfect condition as expected, and would rate the customer service very highly in resolving this to our expectations very quickly.

Really refreshing to receive extremely good customer service and product knowledge. Very very fast and on time delivery (ordered at 1pm, received 10am next day) and fantastic product that exceeds expectation so I ordered it again the same day. On top of this value for money as the chairs and table were not expensive. Thanks you.

The product and delivery are always good but I object to receiving a phone call after the order was placed doubling the cost of delivery because I live on the northern Scottish mainland. You ask for the post code and your software should tell me the cost before I place the order. Your web site should not say £7.99 for any number of items without mentioning location.

Great quality , very sturdy with the ground bar. Easy to erect by two people.

Excellent service, next day delivery - quality product. I wouldn't recommend any other type of gazebo. In windy weather a Gala tent is absolutely essential.
