It all started when I bought gala tent ages ago It started to look bit tatty as used it a lot so over the last year I have bought new sides end panels and canopy ,I rang gala for advice and every time they were velry helpful and nothing was too much trouble they even told me one of the product,s was in there sale so to sum up I cannot fault gala tents in any way .....as for deliveries always there when expected I'm not going to use anybody else service is A1 I will be buying another marquee soon so no doubt service will be same good company good service

When I purchased my gala pop up gazebo I got it wrong it was to heavy , the gala team were so helpful in helping me get the right one even offering a full refund but I chose a lighter one , top notch.

Excellent product which exceeded expectations in terms of build quality. Online ordering was straightforward with prompt delivery. Only problem was poor design of frame transportation bag with incorrect positioning of wheels. This causes wheel bracket mounting bolts to dig into ground when transporting bag with handle at 45 degrees to horizontal.
