After my initial problems with the ordering of my Gala Tent, I have received the most excellent service from your customer service team. Originally my order only showed as a quote, but after talking with you an Invoice was e-mailed which was paid for and sent out that same day. Your customer services said if I was to put that we needed the tent urgently to write it on the invoice with the payment. This I did and the tent was delivered the next working day. When erected the tent was missing 6 bungees. I called your department and left a message. I had a return call within 5 minutes to say that 10 bungees had been sent out immediately. Thanks for all your prompt attention, and I shall be recommending your company to anyone I know who may require a marquee/tent.

We would like to thank you and your colleagues very much for the prompt, friendly and helpful way in which you have responded to our various queries and concerns following the purchase of our 6X12 Gala Tent. Thank you also to Andrew who promptly phoned us back with verbal instructions which were essential in erecting the tent successfully ('A' frames with D1 & D2 first!)We are very pleased with the tent, which enabled us to hold a Big Jubilee Lunch for around 90 people, and have been impressed with the way it has withstood the recent strong winds. We look foward to using it again over the next few weeks and in years to come.

I'd like to say a special thank you to Nicola and the team for so promptly arranging delivery of the missing 3 side panels from our 4m x 6m gala tent we received earlier this week. They arrived first thing this morning in time for my 50th birthday celebrations today - and I only called yesterday at 4.15pm after having unpacked all the boxes to put it up!Very good customer service indeed!Thanks again, Chris

I was very pleased with customer service at Gala Tent. We needed a second marquee, to extend our existing 4m x 6m marquee. The service was quick, efficient (even checking our original order to ensure compatability), helpful and friendly. The product arrived safely within 48 hours of my phone call.'' A second phone call was made after erecting the two marquees, and discovering we needed more 'bungee strap toggles'. A further 20 came the next day, at no extra cost. Thank you Gala Tent. Not sure when we'll need the next extension, but we're very happy to recommend you. We might even send you a few photos .... best wishes Andrew
