Something odd happened with this delivery, to Canvey Island; it was refused by the receiver. No explanation. I called the customer, who was having delivered there instead of his own premises, and he knew nothing of it. It was delivered at 2nd attempt. Or so I thought, but two days later, I received a new delivery note, free delivery for items that were missing. My customer spoke to Gala people to sort it out. I remain mystified!
The framework is very robust as is the fabric roof and both are likely to last for quite some time. However the carry bag was not so strong and the zip failed after the first time of using. We have a previous model that has served us well for several years and its transit bag is much stronger and is still used regularly with no problems.
