Saved the Day ! We had everything arranged for our daughter's 21st birthday party outside in a marquee...then the weather changed !! We desperately needed heaters but by the next morning which was a Saturday!! At approx £60 each the marquee heaters did the trick and were super easy to set up. They arrived by 10am Saturday morning in time for us to get sorted before the party. Thankyou to the team for helping with the order, getting them delivered and selling something that actually does what it says ! THANKYOU !!

Brilliant service. I bought a pro 40 gazebo from Gala 4 years ago. It has served me well with my business being solid and waterproof . Unfortunately recently it was caught by the wind and a leg badly damaged. My fault, I hadn't secured the gazebo well enough that day. Emailed Gala and had a call back promptly. They could supply me with a new leg to be posted the following day and arrived the day after. My business hasn't been impacted and the price was very fair for a professional swift service. Thank you very much.

Brilliant service

Once ordered the 8mx4m marquee arrived next day. The bags for the poles were out of stock but arrived separately at a later date with no problems. I followed the instructions from the YouTube video and all went well except for a couple of minor details. These were a couple of the bolts which were tack welded to the joint sections broke off when the wing nuts were tightened, and one of the black plastic clips which secure the rolled up side window cover was broken.Packing up the marquee went well by reversing the build up process.I found that the small metal pegs were not very secure when pinning down the bottom of the side and end walls as there was a moderate breeze and they could not hold the sections down,resulting in a certain amount of flapping about. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.Overall the quality of the marquee was very good and the assembly and fit was very good

Excellent service ordered on a Wednesday afternoon for delivery Thursday morning replacement cover arrived at 10.15am with APC courier Cover was fitted and colour match to our older sides with no difference will be ordering another 3x6m gazebo in the near future

The gentleman with whom I spoke was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered when asking help with an online purchase. I rarely write reviews but am happy to do so on this occasion. I purchased a 4.5 metre pop up gazebo without sides, for my 66 year old convertible Morris Minor. It allows me to keep it protected with the roof down, without having to concern myself with the insides getting wet even with a significant wind. The top of the gazebo can be easily lowered, if required, to just keep clear of the top of the windscreen. Although not the cheapest the cost is justified due to the strength of construction and quality of materials used. The storage bag is high quality also, so easing the packing away process. This purchase has exceeded my expectations, one of my better investments. I most highly recommend.Harry Langham
