Hi,Tent arrived very quickly and will be used next weekend for my grandsons christening party

Thanks very much for your extra help with this, much appreciated but the good news is I think the problem is solved and the tubes are OK!I took out the tube from my working heater and compared them side by side and was surprised to see that they were the same size! So I fitted a new tube into the working heater and that tube fitted OK and worked.So then I went to the heater that wasn't working and tried again, it looks as though the spring mechanism in the heater itself wasn't springing out enough. So I have had a play with that and managed to get it working, it is still quite loose but at least it is working.The good news is that the tubes are fine and the right size it's just my heater that is a bit temperamental.Thanks again for your help and sorry for taking your time with this. Great customer service :)

I am completely happy with the service that I received from Gala Tent, both at the time of purchase, delivery and at any time since. My questions have always been answered courteously and helpfully. It is not a chore to ring you.I am happy for you to publish my comments or pass them on and I do not require anonymity.My tent is delightful and was not difficult to erect, once we watched the video and read the instructions. I have had loads of use out of it this Summer and it is with regret that I intend to take it down soon and store for Winter. The tent is just as nice as it's photographs.

Hi, I felt I should write to you tell tell you of my experience with your 3mtr x 3mtr Gala tent. I have had it for some 8 - 10 years now and for the first 8 years it was used for occasional parties and very pleased I was with it. For the last 2 years it has been used to store items from the house while a major rebuild was going on. It was under trees and withstood rain and gails. At one point it was under a foot of snow! However bad the weather it kept everything dry and protected. Now the works are finished I've given it a good clean and although it is not as bright as it once was it's still fine. The only problems after all that time was a bit of stitching on one of the zips coming undone and the elastic for the side panel fixings had lost their elasticity. I shall look to replace them next year. Well done Gala Tents

I'm dead impressed with the standard of our new Gala Shade, the quality of materials and one of our guests last night loved it and looks like he'll be getting one for his business as I told him you do trade stands/printing.

Bought the gazebo for doing motorbike track days, very fast delivery, and setting up took minutes, was quite windy all day and it was holding up great, bit pricy but you get what you get what you pay for, I'd rather by one that last me forever than keep buying cheap ones every time I go out, just got to buy the sides next for the colder daysThanks
