After looking through the Gala Tent website we decided to purchase the top of the range 6 metre x 3 metre gazebo.Contacting and explaining what we required was easy with very hekpful personel at Gala. As we required printing on the 4 sides of the roof and 4 valances Gala's art department forwarded a couple of possibilities of which the choice was made. Ordering, discussing requirements were all very easy.Our gazebo was delivered on a pallet and was bigger than I imagined. We unpacked and checked everything had been delivered. We have now used the gazebo on 3 occasions and I cannot rate it more highly. A substantial build it is very easy to erect and take down. The quality of the materials used are first class. The printing is perfect with sharply defined print. Our purchase included the gazebo, sidewalls and the heavy duty carrying bag and this is a must if you need to travel with your gazebo. We are totally delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend this product. Easy to erect, easy to take down and everything fits into the carrying bag. If you are looking for a tough, rugid gazebo this is the one for you.

I needed a new canopy for my 6m x 3m pop up gazebo.The gazebo was purchased in 2015 and still looks very good but the canopy had been damaged.I contacted Gala by online chat, this was very easy and the operator was very knowledgeable and helpful. I received a quote immediately, placed the order and my new canopy arrived within the time specified. Very happy and would definitely use again.

An affordable and sturdy gazebo that is easy to put up and easy to store when not required. The gazebo comes with a range of accessories to secure it during inclement weather.

The village hall needed a new Marquee due to storm damage to its existing marquee. A Gala 4X6 marquee was purchased and arrived -as promised- in well boxed packages.The unofficial 'village hall erection team' reviewed the various relevant U-tube videos available from Gala tent -including the storm strap video.After suitable on site discussion the team proceeded to erect the marquee in accordance with the written and video instructions- and without any real difficulties (approximately one hour) it stood proudly for all to admire.The dismantling of the marquee and placing all component parts back in the provided boxes was carried out in a shorter time than the erection.The storm straps video was needed to ensure correct installation of them. The robust ground peg for the storm strap should be installed at an angle- in the ground- to minimise it being withdrawn in using the ratchet to tighten the strap.Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the 4x6 marquee and the support and service provided by Gala Tent.We now look forward to many years of enjoyment for the village Hall events.

The bulid quality is fantastic, much more sturdy than I imagined great bit of kit. Putting it up is not a one man job but when you see the size and sterdenes of it you will appreciate why.I would highly recommend this pro60 to anyone.

A very solid product. Great customer service too - they actually have a phone number with people that pick up! Gazebo is very well made and I can tell it will last me a LONG TIME.

A friend had bought a similer sized one about 10 years ago ,but it has now seen better days and needed to be replaced. Having bought it and unpacked it , we found 1 bottom connecter missing, after a few calls eventually got through to the right department who very nicely sent one in the post. On erecting the marque was a little bit dissappointed that the openings were velcro and rope ties, where the old one had Zip doors, apart from that, very pleased.

Great gazebo, the frames are solid and easy to pop up/takedown, the custom canopy prints look awesome and their customer service was briliant and very quick when required help. Highly recommend

Great customer service, excellent advice during my research period and super quick delivery, the tent was easy to put up and seems solid and sturdy, very good quality frame and cover, drum tight when all bungees are fitted my only issue is when the sides are fitted it’s difficult to secure the leg gard down ! Could do with a zip end door for easier closing from the outside! Over all I’m extremely happy with my tent

Bought from Gala Tent, because the quality/price looked much better value than similar products. The service and purchase process was very good. Would recommend the product to others. However, it is very important to fit the framework together properly, otherwise the canopy and walls won't fit over the frame and join up with each other. We had difficulty fully locating some poles into the framework brackets because a few of them had burrs inside the brackets, which we had to file off first.

This is the second gazelo I have bought from Gala as the gazebo is far stronger than any other brand I have had in the past and the canopy keeps its colour very well.

Brilliant service although didn't have the colour I wanted in the time frame I needed it. Bought a new Gazebo but also a replacement canopy for our 10year old one. Chose Gala as I purchased a nearly new one about 9-10 years ago and apart from a few tiny holes in the canopy it's still going strong.
