Ordered 3x3 Hex 50 with sides and bag. Asked for Monday delivery instead of next day, Delivered bang on time. 2nd time ordering from Galatent, always great service and quality.

Arrived but the outer packing was severely damaged. The bands had cut into the outer box. I raised concerns before opening and was advised to open and feedback. Due to the high quality of the frame there was no damage and the gazebo was excellent. Customer service was very responsive. Product was expensive but worth it for the quality.

Gala gave great advice on the phone and actually steered me towards a cheaper gazebo that was more suitable. The Gazebo, was sent very quickly and we received next day. The quality of the Gazebo frame and material is high quality and is head and shoulders above previous types we have used. Would definitely recommend and alreay have done. Keep it Up!!

I dealt with Mark at Gala Tents and he has just been incredible - nothing is too much trouble, I have been given expert advice and really appreciate the way that Mark goes above and beyond even if I do ask basic questions. The Hummingbird Centre have used Gala Tent in the past we needed our gazebo and flags up dating. Team at the warehouse were really helpful and very knowledgeable. Spares in stock and was able to collect with any pre-ordering. Couldn’t ask for more, have been using Gala for 20 years now - always a quality product, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Second gazebo from Gala. The first is over 10 years old and still going strong! The new one is even better constructed. Our bespoke design is an exact copy of the original, which the design team were excellent in sorting. The carriers lost one of the parels but Gala were quick in sending a replacement. The price looks steep but these are in a different league of quality from the £1-200 priced gazebos that are on offer. You do get what you pay for.

Super service with spot on banner wrap. Very happy all round, with Darren and his team. Will I use Galatent again- You bet !!
