Our Range of Marquees
Gala Tent marquees are for sale in two distinct cover options, which are the low cost and functional 240g Polyethylene (PE), or the heavy duty Elite 650g PVC. Both are by far the thickest and most robust marquee covers currently available in their price range on the UK market.
We use two types of marquee framework; the first is the classic powder-coated steel framework which can be purchased in sizes from the modest 3m x 2m which is perfect for a small garden shelter, to the massive 6m x 24m marquee which can cover around 250 people. The second type of framework we use is the industrial strength T6061 aluminium of our modular, clearspan Fusion Marquee range. The 650g PVC covers of the Elite Marquees or the Fusion Modular Marquees benefit from having welded seams, which provide a totally waterproof shelter from rain and other precipitation.
SUN
All Gala Tent Marquees’ covers are UV protected, offering fantastic shade for you and your guests from the sun, but also protecting your covers themselves. This protection gives longevity of life not seen in many cheaper imitations available on the market.
WIND
Customer feedback and evidential videos show that Gala Tent Marquees can take regular winds of around 35mph when anchored well. The Gala Fusion Modular Marquees, with their pre-fab style framework, will withstand winds of over 55mph, when anchored well.
Please use due care and diligence when choosing to erect a marquee in windy conditions. Gala Tent marquees are undeniably strong, but they are not invincible. Make sure you anchor it well.
