After 8 years of service I had to replace the canopy of my PRO40 3x3 gazebo. The ordering process was very straightforward as GALATENT had records of my original purchase. There was an issue with the courier that was sorted out very promptly following an email to GALATENT. Excellent customer service and a quality product.

Excellent quality replacement canopy cover and a very sturdy gazebo. I purchased my first gazebo 10 years ago and another one a few years later, and I've been consistently impressed with the quality of both the products and the company.The replacement canopy lasts me around 3–4 years, despite being left outdoors all year round and exposed to harsh weather conditions, including intense sun, snow, and storms. That's excellent durability in my experience.I highly recommend both the product and the company for their quality, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
