The service provided was fantastic from the first call in to discuss my options, taking my order and then the delivery which was in time as agreed. I have set the product up and I’m very impressed with the build quality and look of it.

I must admit, after I ordered i was a little worried that I had done the right thing . When it came and I unpacked it, I knew it was the right choice. The quality from the packing to the build is superb. It is so solid and the frame is really strong. The fabric is so tough but very flexible at the same time. The fixings on the frame and the cover are all so strong and very easy to use . I wouldn't think twice about ordering again. I think I will be ordering the side sheets very soon .

The Gazebo is in a different league to the standard products advertised else where. Real build quality which comfortably deals with a strong wind gust. The frame is solid and the build quality makes it robust. Light enough for one person to move around but it's definitely a two man job to put up and down. Recommended.

This was a replacement they could check esially what was needed and despatched it promptly only difficulty was the payment app which was not particularly good

This is my second gazebo from Gala Tent my first one was bought in April 2021and it's been up ever since, it's survived all the weather conditions during that time, I had to replace the canopy back in 2023 only because a branch which broke off a neighbours oak tree went through it. Before I bought this second one I purchased a cheaper one from Temu which lasted all of three weeks before it was destroyed by the weather ,you get what you pay for, My first one which is still up is used at the bottom of our garden overlooking open countryside , My second gazebo is the same model as my first and will be used throughout the year to house our recently purchased hot tub. I can fully recommend the the quality of the two Gazebos I've had from Gala Tent.
