We ordered and have used a couple of time now, a 3x3m Pro 40 Gazebo.Upon arrival we found a crack in one of the fixings of the gazebo, Darren from Gala Tent promptly sent us a replacement part. We are now over the moon with the build and print quality of the gazebo, it's robust and pretty easy to setup. Thanks guys.
Galatent’s customer service has been second to none. They were supportive and constructive with helping to create the design that I needed and they were patient as I liaised with colleagues to decide on the final design. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and the tent is top quality. Delivery was quick and easy, too. Galatent were again flexible to my needs, delivering the tent on a weekend.
