The Gazebo we ordered arrived and is exactly what we need. It's easy to put up, sturdy and the printing we required is perfect. Velcro on the walls means that the sides can be added very quickly in case of a down pour.There was a bit of a mix up with our order, but it is being resolved without any fuss. Big thanks to Tom Davies and to Julie Roughley for being very patient with me whilst I asked lots of questions and messed them about! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a transportable advert for their business or hobby.

Have had my gala tent for 4 years now used commercially and has withstood some terrible weather over that time. Had a damaged leg a couple of weeks ago. They had my purchase recorded and were able to supply a new one and sent out quickly at a good price. A great company to deal with many thanks

We had a marquee from Gala which is over 20 years old and it's been fantastic. We needed to order a replacement set of covers, a very efficient service, fast replies, fast deliveries and of course a quality product. If you need a marquee, then Gala would be have to be your first choice.

As a grass roots football club, money is always tight, we had been putting up with an old marquee for years, it was well past it. we took the decision to get two new ones, thanks to a local company offing to help out financially, We wish we had done this years ago, we put one up Sunday 15/5/21 4m x 10m with ease, great build quality, great service. Don't go anywhere else, highly recommend.

After spending a few days Researching marquees from different companies, I decided Gala Tent was ideal for the size I required to cover our above ground pool. From calling to speak to a Representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable, advised me what I needed we agreed on a deal delivered two days later. My wife was at home with the kids on delivery day the driver happy obliged to put all the boxes in via our side gate so she didn’t have to move the 18/20 KGS boxes. Assembly was Pretty straightforward would have been easier if I didn’t have a swimming pool in the way note to self. The only thing I would suggest is Zip all the side panels in place with one bungee on each end of the panel 1st to the cross bar. Then go around for the 2nd time fixing bungees through the roof then go round 3rd time for ground bars if you have them. I found doing all of one side top and bottom working around the opposite side was very tight getting the bungees around the polls could be where it’s new. I did have a 6 wing nut bolts that had the wrong Screw thread so they wouldn’t screw in, a quick call on Saturday to customers service replacement delivery today (Monday).Sales 5* (As you would expect but not pushy)Delivery 5*Customer service / After sales 5*Build quality 5* (Time will tell as to longevity)Instructions 4* (limited detail as above side curtains) Overall 5* would recommend not the cheapest on the market but if you buy cheap you may pay more twice.

Excellent product and quality ideal for gala's and events don't waste your money on cheaper products, this is why i have purchased a second Gazebo not to replace the older one but to increase the size of my display's
