Excellent system operation and service from Gala Tent. I purchased two flag baseplates after doing a web search and came across the Gala Tent website along with a small number of other businesses selling the same product. The Gala Tent pricing was competitive as was delivery and so I placed an order. This was very easy to do. Once the order was confirmed, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and my order was delivered within the given delivery timescale. The items were packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition.

I had my 1st gazebo for about 7 years. Then after research and tips from friends, I decided to get Gala tent pro 50. I thought is going to be hard to set up and carry but ... how wrong I was. Is like having a Ferrari of gazebos. Strong, light ,easy to open for 1person...and it looks mega amazing. Very very happy with my purchase and with the whole design team involved! Viva Gala tent!!

I needed a new canopy - having ordered three repair kits a week previously. The repair kit worked fine. I just wasn’t told that after two years, the canopy was likely to be rotting. Admittedly, I put my gazebo up on my patio in May and there it stays until September/October. But I wasn’t expecting the canopy to only last two years. Still, I’ve ordered a nice new one, and installed it. But I’m now enquiring about a pergola with a roof as it will be more cost effective long term.

Perfect for our needs, Our pop up gazebo is easy to put up and take down, strong enough to deal with the wind (as long as it's secured) we work in the community and watched people struggling with cheaper versions trying to maneuver in the stiff breeze, Would definitely recommend
