Excellent service, the roof arrived the following day. The gentleman who took my order was brilliant, so patient with this technology incompetent person!! Roof is of good quality and is now looking resplendent on the gazebo.

I've have already left a review for gazzabo. But had to replace front of gazzabo as was leaking from roll-up front. After sales service was above and beyond as was replaced next day.

Ordered a 4m x 6m pole extension kit, arrived promptly and we used it a couple of weeks later. On ercting the poles found we were short of aone pole with another over. Rang up customer services who put us right straight away. Turned out we had got the poles mixed up. Customer services sussed it straightaway and put us right.

Amazed at how quickly this all got delivered to Orkney.It's exactly what we were looking for and it will do us for years to come

Our club had been given a Gala gazebo for use at events but there were not enough bungees to secure the sides. I decided the safest way to be sure the bungees were suitable was to buy them direct from the supplier. They were delivered very quickly and proved to be correct for their task, I did feel the postage was a little expensive though.

Received the spare part in good time, and as described. Just to say, the part was poorly packed, in a plastic postal bag, with no protection, like a box or bubble wrap. It was a little battered and bruised when I opened it. That's said it it's working fine, and easy to fit.

We were really impressed with the product and service from Gala Tent. Our branded gazebo looks fabulous and will certainly help The Sheffield Cats Shelter get noticed at events - and we're really impressed with how strong and sturdy it is.

Seamless (no pun intended) experience from ordering to delivery. Ordered late afternoon and was delivered and erected within 24 hours. Only had a short while, but seems really robust. Even coming up beautifully after a week under a sycamore tree. Only time will tell how good the canopy is but first impressions have been great! Had originally delayed buying because the ‘taupe’ on screen appeared quite lilac, but in reality is a lovely muted as expected taupe.Would prefer the sand bag colour to be a little less obvious. (Bright blue)

These are the most fantastic, sturdy, easily erected gazebo's on the market, we have purchased the larger ones in the past and now bought a couple of smaller ones to add to our collection. they look smart and stand up to the most challenging of weathers. Thoroughly recommend them for any event.
