Product is good. The delivery driver dropped it into the hall on ground floor of our apartment, we are on level 2. The carrier prevented a 5 star review.

When speaking to staff at gala they are so help full from start to finish of purchase of item . starting from frame to side to weights . I've always had great service from any member of staff even when ordering and making a mistake they will contact you to help sort out any issue .

Delay in delivery which was resolved. Well made tent, easy to put up. So far so good. It hasn't had to withstand any weather yet so fingers crossed it will have a long life.

Excellent service from Gala and excellent parts as well BUT very poor performance from their carriers, XDP, ordered and despatched 5/4/22 in good time for Easter, the parcel reached me on 20/4/22, I wish I was able to post a review for XDP here, Gala did their bit very well but their choice of carrier let them down very badly

The gazebo is of excellent quality and I am very happy with it. It is of sturdy construction and, considering it’s size, it is simple to put up. However Gala are severely let down by their carriers. Although we were promised delivery in. Couple of days it actually took the carriers 3 weeks from them receiving it and it being delivered to me. And this was only after chasing it up several times. The staff who we dealt with at Gala were polite and as helpful as they could be. They were probably as frustrated as I was with the delivery company.

The July 2021 delivery promise became October 2021, so the summer bbqing period was lost.I erected the tent in Late March 2022 and found it to be fairly straight forward. I had also purchased weights and straps but I am at a loss to discover how to release the tension on them as no instructions came with them.I have comments about the use of Velcro for all the fastenings, it makes it difficult to access the tent quickly, at least 2 zips should have been provided on one of the end panels to improve access.Having put up the tent I realized that it would be better to have the ground bars which I ordered in March and they did arrive very quickly, followed the instructions and found that one end of the tent had widened at the base by 6 inches which precluded me from making the Velcro doorway to connect, so cut off 6 inches from one of the lengths and now it fits, I have measured the structure and it is now equal in all directions so why the ground bars were incorrect is unknown.The tent is sturdy and looks as if it will give me a few years of use the annoying details cannot be overlooked, your comments would be welcome.

Good quality gazebo but still not received my strengthening bar

Excellent Service and prompt delivery. Good quality marquee. Quite a difficult build which needs 3 people at points. Stitching for Stringing on doors/sides/ends is not robust enough and a number have come away.

Marquee good as expected (I’ve had one before) but one leg pole hadn’t been drilled. I fixed it but quality control could be better.

Gazebo seems strong and sturdy, packaged well although not used as yet, but, extremely disappointed and a little annoyed that after spend £388, there are no guy ropes or ground fixing pins included, so couldn’t use it at the moment anyway!!
