Fantastic in every way. Great customer service. The gazebo sides arrived within a couple of days so was delighted to be able to use them in time for a special event. The quality and colour was absolutely perfect. These were replacement sides for my original gala tent, after 6 years of constant use, there is nothing wrong with them other than the white is looking a bit tired. Always recommend Gala Tents to the other traders. Great company and great products. Thank you.

I wanted side panels to fit an exsisting gazebo, bought 2 years ago., (top quality, product, easy to install as clear instructions given) Darren from Gala tents, went over and above to help me find suitable goods. Couldn’t believe after submitting payment, email arrived to say my purchase would be delivered next day and it was, 9.00 in the morning! I had been looking at Gazebos on Gala Tent's site and soon received a call from Damon. We discussed various options and the printing we were looking for. He sent me a quote as we were speaking. I later contacted him for another quote on a larger size, he again phoned to discuss the options. Sometime later I contacted Gala Tent to place an order and fortunately Damon answered the phone. We again discussed our requirements and finalised the order. The printing department soon sent me a draft of the artwork which wasn't quite to our design. An email or two and all was sorted and signed off. A phone call a day or so later and the delivery was organised. Delivery couldn't have been any easier. A couple of weeks later we had an opportunity to erect Gazebo and everyone was impressed with the quality and design of it. Would recommend Gala Tent to anyone looking for a quality product.
