I originally purchased my Gala 6m x 3m Tent quite a few years ago for use as a party tent and it has provided excellent service throughout the years. A couple of years ago I replaced the roof cover as the waterproof integrity of the original had deteriorated somewhat and when subjected to heavy rain allowed a fine mist to form inside the tent! Then, last week, when subjected to very strong wind gusts, a number of the side panels plus both end panels suffered splits, seam failures etc. (I would add that I had left the tent fully erected and I was away at the time when the wind was so strong that the tent was lifted up and turned onto its roof - this despite being secured by 4 webbing stays each held by 40cm long 'pegs' plus individual 15cm 'pegs' around the base of the tent).I contacted Gala on the afternoon of Thursday 13th April and that afternoon, a full set of sides and end panels plus a number of bungees were dispatched to me on a next day, 24 hour delivery.Alas, this is where things went a little pear shaped! The goods - 3 x ptems/packaged - arrived at the courier local depot at around 0800 the following morning, Friday 14th. I received 2 x items (bungees and end panels) on Monday 17th and the 3rd item (side panels) the following day, 18th April. Not quite the 24 hour, next day delivery I was hoping for!However, the side and end panels, this time made of PVC and looking quite robust and which, I am sure, will give me many years of excellent service.I recommend Gala to everyone as the quality of their products is excellent as is their service . Only downside was the courier!

Customer set very helpful and product looks great when assembled. Looks very strong and hard wearing. Wright decision to buy the PVC version. The only thing I would like to know is how to tie down the leg covers when erected on hard service with sides on. They keep blowing around if not tied down.

This is the seventh Gala Pro-50 marquee I have purchased for Clophill Archery Club. We now have 5, 6 x 3m and 2, 3 x3 m. If the last purchase is as good as the others there will be no problems. They are easy to erect and in the years we have had them stood up to all that has been thrown at them. Weather, wear and tear etc.One of the features we like is that all the component parts are available should anything untoward happen. I do have an issue with the purchase of the last one, a 3 x 3m item. With all the others there were included hold down straps and heavy duty stakes. These were not this time.I filled in their standard form on line asking about this, a couple of days later I had a phone call from a rather officious person who asked what the issue was. This after I had gone to great lengths to explain what the problem was, by his own admission he had not bothered to read my submission.It appears these now cost an extra £25 or so. The main marquee is good but their after sales manner needs working on.I suspect I will hear no more of this.Regards Terry

After lots of research, I chose to order a replacement canopy for my 6x3m marquee. The frame was not a Gala frame but I was reassured from reading reviews and following social media posts that I could be confident with my purchase. The information on the website as useful, particularly the dimensions and photographs. As a result, I didn’t feel the need to contact Gala prior to my order. Once the order was placed, communication was immediate and the canopy arrived within a few days. It was packed well and had some instructions. The canopy is of excellent quality and fits the frame perfectly. I have no reservations in recommending Gala Tents and would definitely use the company again.
