Very pleased with the quality and delivery of our gazebo but was disappointed with the £40 wheeled trolley bag which shredded on first use, over a very short distance.

Excellent quality product, apart from the pegs. Gave the peg a hit with the hammer and the hook part just fell off. I think a design fault - the hook should be a couple of inches below the height of part you hit.
Excellent customer service. Whilst a challenging time due to stock levels/ demand and the product I was requested was not in stock, the customer advisors found me an good alterntative. In the end it was a far better product than the one I had thought I had needed. The product was of top quality, instructions easy to follow and look very professional. Our gazebo needed new sides as ours had been stolen. The sales team were very helpful,friendly and efficient. The delivery was very quick. Overall Gala Tents have a great range of products, spares and are a great company to deal with.
first class service very prompt
The quality of the Gazebo I ordered was very good and I am pleased with it. However the courier company Gala use are next to useless. My order arrived 4 days after it was supposed too. This was after much chasing. Make sure you are not in a hurry.
The gazebo is good quality. Easily erected with additional support where required. Good instructions easy to follow.
