Excellent in all respects except that I was told that only Purple was available for Pro 50 canopy and ordered on that basis. A couple of days later, having seen the colour purple on your website, I ordered an additional canopy in colour Taupe and was prepared to wait as long as necessary.The taupe canopy arrived almost immediately so I feel misled by your salesman.Nevertheless I am delighted with the ptoduct and virtually live in it.Kind regards, Andrew White.

The Gala tent website is very informative and they were more than happy to answer my questions.I ask for fabric samples and got it fast. If had to buy another tent I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it from them.Just be aware that they don’t stock grate amount of tenets and if you want a specific colour or size you have to order it way in advance as in few month in advance.The rezone way four stars and not five: I bought the PRO 40 gazebo tent. My pre order inquiry lead me to believe that all the joints are made of metal but unfortunately it is plastic (be it ridged looking one). Ronen

Love my globe lights in my gazebo. Didnt arrive next day as paid for, arrived within a week. However would highly recommend the globe lights, bright with several hanging options.

Perfect size, as it’s smaller than others it doesn’t take up much room in the van. Only 4 stars as it’s still quite flimsy for the price. Very stiff, quite hard for 1 man to set up compared to rock awnings but the same price range. Other than that happy with it

The gazebo itself is good, however it did arrive damaged and we had to replace 2 of the struts which in fairness were posted out out promptly and fairly easy to change. There was still a nasty scratch on one of the legs and eventually £30 was refunded. I would suggest that they make it easier to contact their customer services, I ended up sending three messages after receiving the replacement parts before I got any reply. Overall gazebo good but just hassle when it arrives damaged.

Excellent product, very helpful telephone salesperson, let down by a lack of instructions on erection - mainly on unclipping the framework so as to pull it into shape..

Sadly the order arrived after the event but the customer service team were delightful to deal with for the return.

Good quality and helpful customer service

Product is amazing a world apart from the flimsy gazebos you may see in large shopping chains. Very well made and the frames are made in England so your supporting our economy too. Only slight moan was delivery as the packing was very flimsy around the frame which had a broken plastic part and frame was difficult to open as it had obviously been dropped. It took a couple of calls to customer service to get the part sent out but slls well now. Used it over a hot tub in some quite windy weather and it stood up fine. Would definitely recommend the company if your looking for a quality all weather gazebo that will last for years.
