Wasted a lot of money buying gazebos that were inferior in quality, then finally came across Gala Tents and I am so very pleased with my purchase the tent is made from material that is extremely strong and will withstand any weather. From small bits to the major components are made to the highest standard. May I also add finally I had 5 bungees missing and from my phone call to receiving them was within 18 hours. Well done customer service I have recommended Gala Tents to family and friends with confidence.

We have been buying Gala products for over 26 years now - gazebos 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m; weights; filding tables; folding chairs; occasional accessories - and have always been hugely impressed by the brilliant service and quality of the products. Although more expensive than their rivals (yes we have tried them too just to compare whether we were getting balue for money) we always return to Gala Tents when we want quality. Their hazebos, canopies and weights are very sturdy and last a very long time. We have bought over 30 gazebos during this time and many lasted 10 years or more; any breakages were our own fault when volunteers failed to unclip the canopies before closing the frame resulting in leg and strut damages, some irreparable sadly. The only item we do not purchase anymore are the filding, light, foam padded chairs (which seemed good value) as they have rotted in our storeroom and the back support came off quickly and these could not be screwed back on. Otherwise we have every confidence in Gala products and will continue to use them. Thank you.

I purchased really large pegs for my tent in case of it being windy whilst camping. These pegs are hardcore items and my tent won’t be going anywhere except the pitch it’s meant to be on. The website for so easy to use and delivery was quick and efficient. Thanks guys

i have had my gala tent for 10 years permanently erected in my garden and its used for doing eveything 'car part restoration diy and spraying car parts and the frame is still rust free , ive replaced one end panel and ive now just replaced the roof section as branches from a tree had rubbed and caused it to leak , im sure if this hadnt happened then it would still be going strong , gala tents are far superior and buying cheaper gets you rubbish in my experience,i do not use the elastic bungy straps supplied to secure the roof and panels and instead use thick white nylon rope fed through the roof eyelets and around the frame and then through the side panel eyelets in one big loop all the way round using one big length of rope and tie it off out of site behind a side pole and it looks great and has easily survived the beast from the east a few years back , the panels have not cracked or fell apart , my end panel had to be replaced due to the hard life i give my tent , ive got the 3x4mrt tent so its big and so ive also secured the frame to a concrete floor in extra places along the frame on the floor and its stood firm all these years .i must say that i clean my tent every spring to get the mould off and it looks great considering it been out side for 10 years ' no matter how dirty it gets , this also extends the life of the tents .all the zips still work as they should too. yes there are element stains but we live in the uk dont we lol.and again cheaper tents will not take a hard out door life full stop or even a few summer barbeques .you really cant go wrong with these tents and trust me when i say buying cheaper ones is false economy as they just dont last and can not be left outdoors 24/7 and will go flying off when the next storm arrives i wasted a few £100 on cheap and nasty ones and they have all ended up at the tip by the end of 1 summer .i can find absolutely no bad faults with these tents , if you need a quality tent that lasts years and years that wont fall apart then get a gala tent , you wont regret it .have a great summer .
