Great service! The products are of good quality and they arrived sooner than expected. There was an issue with payment due to my internet connection, Customer Services sorted the problem without any hassle.

At first I was disappointed not to receive a confirmation email after a telephone purchase. However, on phoning a couple of days later to enquire why, and when delivery would be, I was very pleased. The lack of confirmation was due to a incorrect email address which the lady at Gala rectified immediately and confirmed next day delivery. The gazebo and weights arrived the next day as promised and, although not installed yet, it is obvious the quality is superb. Can't wait until my son comes over to help put up.

Amazing company, ordered my gazebo one day and it arrived the next day. Brilliant quality, very sturdy. Alas I stupidly left mine out during the really bad winds we had over the next few days and the inevitable happened as it wasn’t anchored down. I emailed Galatent and that afternoon a rep phoned and sorted out a replacement frame at a very reasonable price. I wish I’d taken the name of the rep as he was so helpful. I’m really impressed with this company. Their product is fantastic, their dispatch is speedy and customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, excellent quality, solid structure just what I needed for covering a hot tub rental weekend, in Scotland⛈???. I would defo recommend this gazebo to anyone for the price. I looked at cheaper ones but there was no comparison. It will last the length of time.
