Brilliant speedy service and excellent quality easy to put up - fantastic product!

Its a really well made, robust gazebo, in a different league to the normal product you can buy online. Built to professional standards, even the guy lines are heavy load bearing straps on spansets. Our gazebo is up in the middle of winter and so far seems pretty much untroubled by the wind and rain. It is not absolutely waterproof (and Gala do not claim it to be) but it's a very effective shelter. It feels like it will last for years, and of course I can buy spare parts which is very comforting.

Bought a 6mx4m gazebo for family to mix outdoors on christmas day.Product arrived promptly well packaged no damage. Excellent.Son and I put it up took abit longer than video suggested but I am a pensioner maybe I have slowed down.Gazebo up very pleased with quality of frame and roof. Excellent once again.Wish I had bought walls now.Had my own flooring , lights etc.Up 2 days we got wind and rain.Thought ooh here we go had a few hairy days But o ce again it passed with flying coloursWould definately recommend this product.It has been put to the test in my back garden

Excellent service and a great product , I think I checked out every Gazebo going and this one appeared to be the best for the price. I was not disappointed as it is well made and very sturdy. Used it for cover over the last 6 weeks during a diy build project in my garden. Even the wife has plans for it in the summer.

I chose to order from Gala Tent because the website was so good. All the information I needed was simply available. The ordering was done over the phone and the person was helpful and efficient. Due to demand, I had to wait for some of the order but was contacted about the arrival of the second delivery and it arrived as promised. The erected gazebo with sides is magnificent! It is sturdy and so very well made. It is a little heavier than I expected but otherwise I am delighted with the product. It was purchased to enable well ventilated outdoor socialising with a small number of my friends, while places to do so are currently limited and the weather is unpredictable: it will perform that function brilliantly and enable us to stay safe too. Because of Covid my earlier fairs were cancelled but I finally got a chance to put the gazebo up at a market last Sunday. So wet and windy the market shut early but my gazebo was great thank you. Too windy to put the sides on but I really appreciated the strength of construction and the central shock absorbing spring was working overtime. Other stall holders were envious! Can't wait for everything to be open again and to have a chance to try the gazebo in less challenging weather. Great job. Oh yes, and I love that it's held together with replaceable nuts and bolts not rivets.
