Whilst I am unable to review the marquee as our open air production of Romeo and Juliet on Brownsea Island has been postponed until 2021 i am able to review the service I received. I found Darren to be very helpful additionally he always replied to emails by return. It was a huge help to us to be able to delay delivery for a few months and we were very grateful for that.

Next day delivery on a 6x4 metre marque ,amazing , then i bought the ground poles and again next day delivery ,even with all this going on in the world .The quality of the product and ease of erecting it is fantastic ,would highly recommend .I have it put over my pool and even in 40mph winds it has not moved ,really strong framework .

Although they appear to be top end price wise, you can see why. The product and quality is very good and nothing near it in the market and the after service is excellent. Notice that all items can be bought as spares individually which is good and means this is not a throw away product like others out there. Very pleased

I bought the Pro50 after using cheaper pop-up gazebos from elsewhere and looking around at other quality gazebos. I liked the range of products on offer and all the accessories that are available to go with it. I chose this model for family use and not for business purposes, I wanted a product that would last several years of wear and tear and the onslaught on two young children! We are already using it even though it is raining outside! It is fantastic - literally. I put it up myself (even though it recommends two people!). The instructions were clear and concise and I absolutely love how the legs extend. It is solid and does exactly what I wanted. I also ordered the side panels and they were easy to fit on creating for us, a family room outside! I fully recommend this gazebo to family and friends and it would be ideal for a company to use as an outside area.

my marquee was damaged in the storms, someone from Gala helped identify the parts I needed to replace and they arrived two days later.
