Really happy with this I’m a builder and need a shelter to work under during th3 wet weather This is very robust and I think it will last a long time.I’ve managed to put it up on my own a few times with effort, but it is easier when there are 2 people Happy to recommend

The ordering and delivery of the items was fine. I haven't inspected or erected the items yet, but I'm sure they are fine, too. The canopy is to replace the one I have now, which split down the entire length after a rainstorm. I did want to add to my order and telephoned you on Friday, January 22, asking if it wasn't too late to do so. The lady I spoke to said she couldn't contact your warehouse and would call me back. I told her the items that I would like to add. I never received a call back, so a little disappointed. Hence only a 4-star rating and not 5.

Extremely fast. Came the next day. Very helpful staff made sure I got all the right items. Very good build quality and easy to assemble. Can't really fault it. Will use again.

Excellent response for a replacement cover for my gazebo. Very helpful team on the phone who said there would be a delay due to high demand(understandable in the middle of the pandemic) but the items turned up exactly when predicted. I have used Gala gazebos at home for 15years(the same three I bought 15y ago) and always recommend them to friends.

Excellent service from first enquiry when we didn't know which marquee we had and what panels we needed right through to order and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a gazebo. Very nice and easy to set up, a bit heavy but for me it means good quality. Can recommend all the way.

I already own a Gala tent Gazebo and found it to be strong and looks good. I bought this one to replace my work one, as long as the plastic latches don't break should be great, it is excellent quality, value and very easy to put up. Would recommend.

The heater I purchased works well and great value for money so will be buying more once my garden refurb is finished

Purchased a package deal from yourselves last year for £699.00 which included a number of extra items. Only received my tent. Called a number of times and sent emails with no luck from yourselves. Give up in the end. Moral of the story I paid £300 more for my gazebo
