artwork fine, but canopy is over tight/small (maybe my frame has grown?) and a few corner stitches ripped when using it first time

Great product, sturdy and easy to put up. Already have a 6m x 3m , wanted something to replace our pop up gazebo that would stand the British weather. Although it was put on the wrong delivery customer service phoned me and it was delivered the next day.
Gala Tent's service and support has been great, and the marquee we purchased, nicknamed 'The Palace' was just what we needed to provide a 'kitchen' and social space for our youth group at a summer camp. We've bought the ground bars so that we can use it at other times during the year as well. Delivered on time, complete, and without any issues.

I was delighted with the quality of my 6m x 3m Gazebo. The construction is extremely solid and the cary case ensures it stays in tip top condition. Customer service and delivery was quick and trouble free.
Earlier this year I went on a week long camp to Gilwell Park with our scout troop. We were lucky enough to have the use of a gala tent as part of our kitchen area. These tents are so versatile and can be used as anything. We were so impressed with the quality, stability and build quality that we knew we had to get one in readiness for our next camp. On the day of delivery I along with a few members of our scout leadership team unpacked and erected the tent for the first time. It was easy, the instructions were self explanatory and everything g was there, pods, bungees cords and straps. I’d recommend Gala to anyone. We had teething problems at first but we got problems ironed out and had tent turned round and at our show complete with full art work within one week
