The marquee that we purchased is great. A couple of parts broke after the first use, but these were promptly replaced by Gala tent. The only issue with this marquee compared to older models is that there is no way of keeping the flaps along the side down, which creates an issue when it is windy and rainy, as the rains blows in. On earlier models there were fastenings on each leg which helped hold the flap from the roof down. We had to resort to gaffa tape.

Your service was excellent, let down only by the courier delivering to the wrong Old Rectory (there being 6 within 5 miles but only one with the correct post code). You recovered the situation by sending out a second batch very promptly. Thank you.The product, spares for our Gala tent require comment. The cross piece that joins roof pole members needs to be well welded to take the bending strain when the tent is subject to strong gusts. More crucially, the nut welded onto the T crosses that join the A poles to the D 1&2 are not strong enough to take the strain put on them. A longer round headed bolt going through the T member and fastened with a standard nut would be more reliable.

Good product for the price. Delivered promptly. Overall very pleased.

The quality of the gazebo is excellent. It is really strong and weatherproof and looks very professional. We were however slightly disappointed with the half wall which has a slot in for a vertical strengthening bar but this is not supplied as part of the package and at no point were we informed that we would need to purchase this as an additional item. Also we ordered a canopy for the front of the gazebo which apparently only comes in white but again we were not told this even though we were purchasing a blue gazebo

The tent we purchased on behalf of our riding club was easy to erect and quite straight forward. The only complaint I may have is that the Velcro fastenings were pulled out of the seam by the wind so it is now damaged and needs stitching back in.

Excellent once erected. Guidance on attaching walls needed: Window blinds inside or out? If end panels have logo outside, then blinds are inside (zip arrangement decrees). Second: bolts very stiff. It would not be difficult to add a simple tool to overcome this. Otherwise, overall quality first class

I have purchased a few tents from gala & find you very reliable, a few nots & bolts missing from fushion tent but sorted now

Purchased ground bar set for a 3 x 4.5M gazebo. They worked ok but I did have tussle getting the corner bracket holes to line up. After a particularly wet bank holiday I found water had worked its way into the rear side wall ground bar channel and washed rust from the inside of the tubing. It's a pity they are not made from aluminium like the rest of the frame. However, the gazebo is excellent and I would highly recommend Gala Tent.

Product (Gazebo) robust and easy to use, When I placed the order I was told that the colour I selected was not in stock but would be available by the end of the week, it eventually arrived after 3 weeks with out side walls, several telephone calls had to be made to get the walls delivered. I am now the proud owner of a Gala Gazebo, at all times the staff were friendly, I would recommend Gala to my friends

I am re cycling a 4 x 4 m Gala Marquee to stand beside my existing 4 x 6 m Marquee. This was discussed at time of purchase. To complete the re cycling I required two side panels and a canopy. ( the last order) I already had the original gable end panels for the 4 x 4 tent.I erected both Tents over the weekend and found that there is no way the original Gala Tent gable ends had no zip features to attach to the sides of my 6 x 4 , or in fact I could not attach satisfactorily , the two new sides you recently provided. I had reason to believe that all the parts ( bearing in mind I have 4 m gable ends all round) would be interchangeable. This does not appear to be the case. Advise please on how to make the side walls of the new side walls connect to the original sections. Thanks , Chris Thairs , SO407AE

The Gazebo itself is extremely good although I feel that the Zips are not strong enough as one of the rings has already come off, otherwise, it appears very sturdy. Still needs 2 people to erect it easily and the trolley is a bit fiddly .

Your service was excellent in arranging for a second delivery of the order when the first was delivered to the wrong address.We have used our Gala tent over several years, and it is now showing some signs of wear. In particular we have one flat cross junction piece that has a cracked weld between adjacent parts (hence the order) and several more that show signs of going the same way.Another weakness is the short bolt screwed onto a nut welded to the T junction piece and so joining the D1 D2 combination to the A poles. The joint is under strain when connected and tends to crack the weld joining the nut to the T junction piece. It would be better to use a round headed bolt passing right through the T piece and fastened with a loose nut. We have several T pieces where the weld connecting the nut is partially cracked. One was bad enough for me to drill the T piece and use a bolt as I have described. In my view the use of the welded nut is only appropriate for the wing nuts holding the poles to the connection pieces. I hope my comments are helpful.

Quick service thank you, we bought the 1 m folding table. Really useful addition for our stall. Nice table folds down really small. Only thing the legs are quite thin, thought they would be the hexagonal type, very wobbly until you put weight on it. Only had it on one show so far so will update after a season.
