At last a proper awning that is easy to put up and once up you can relax it will uphold. Great service great product I won’t be going anywhere else in the future when I buy new.

The initial ordering process went well, and Gala was able to rearrange delivery date to fit my schedule, but the order was delivered incomplete. Only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered by the courier company, and it took numerous emails and calls before Gala resolved the issue. The original missing box was never traced and Gala reissued the order for the outstanding items. The net result is that receiving the full order took almost 3 weeks. The product is fine as usual.

We took our tent to Chicago for the Highland Games - the 'windy city' lived up to it's name but our tent stood it's ground and survived some pretty wild, swirling winds, while others snapped and took off. Very impressed and glad we went for the quality from Gala Tent.

Unfortunately my Gazebo was attacked by a very sharped beaked bird, who had pecked small holes in the roof. Ordered repair kit and know all is well. Thank you for your prompt and efficient help.

Excellent Service! We had a last minute purchase before an outdoor event which we were attending. The Event was on a Saturday we called on Thursday at 2:30 pm in a panic! After many phone calls to other suppliers, Gala Tent stepped up and on Friday by 12:00 pm we had the tent ready for the event.

A fabulous product. I have used them for years with work and have always been impressed with the resilience and hard wearing of the gala tent.The price was a little intimidating to us to begin with but after purchasing a cheaper version we soon realised that the quality was worth paying for. We packed up and return the other tent and jumped in feet first buying the pro50 and wow what a difference, we have made an investment not only in a tent that is likely to last our lifetime but also in a company who are personable and provide a fabulous service.
