I could not rate Gala Tents and their customer service highly enough. I ordered a Gazebo for next day delivery. When the courier only delivered 3 of the 4 packages and were unable to locate the 4th ( being the frame). Gala stepped in and sent out a second frame for overnight delivery and sorted it out with the courier company.
