Great tent and well built. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Highly recommended company.

Pop up gala tent is okay, the storage bag lasts all of 5 mins, I spent close to 1k on a pop up gazebo and accessories, I’ve used this gazobo only twice and the storage bag has broken already. I called gala tents direct and they offered me a £9.00 discount on upgrading to a heavy duty bag which I thought was an insult especially when I’ve spent close to a thousand pound on a as I thought top of the range product, Summary: gala pop up tent is good but let down by the poor quality of the storage bag which is important and poor customer service as I’m still waiting for a response to my email.

Our Gala gazebo arrived promptly and has served us very well for the four weeks it was erected in our Christmas tree farm sales area. It is robust, of good quality materials and is very easy to erect and dismantle. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase and we look forward to a lot of use from it in the forthcoming years.

Excellent response to a need for spares and a new cover after a freak accident during the September storms. The staff went out of their way to source my original order and identify the necessary parts. And it all fits, took me less than an hour to repair!

I ordered 2 side panels, with Windows for a pop up Gazibo I bought I a high street shop. I was delighted when the panels arrived, I was worried about the plastic windows getting damaged. Everything was perfactivly packed, so no damage. The side have plenty of eyelets to hang the panels, they are very strong, and easy to clean. Thank you. James.

Great customer service from start to finish, I asked a few questions on the live chat firstly and then we went to the actual showroom and had a look at the different types of gazebo. After making our choice we collected it the same day. Was easy to erect, have only used it once for a Christmas market but looking forward to using it more in 2019. Good quality and would highly recommend the company.
