The marquee was easily erected with good instructions via you tube video. The grounds bars need some sort of locking mechanism to keep them in place as they kept popping out. There is a chance that this may have been due installation as we could not find any video instructions via you tube. Overall very good quality / value for money and excellent customer service.

Quality products but poor customer service!

Marquee is sturdy, was up for 3 weeks during quite strong winds and stood firm, would be useful to have ground bars for the two porch sides, they were getting blown about a bit.Found a good solution to tying down on a patio - dustbins full of water did the trick nicely.

We've actually had some issues with our order... BUT so far the company have been super helpful and are resolving our issues very quickly. I have bought from the company in the past and have been very satisfied with the products and customer service.

The gazebo arrived on time and well packed. it seems to be fine but as we haven't used it yet felt could only give 4 stars. difficult to judge the quality on first receiving it.

Very pleased with purchase and appears to be a good quality product. Impressed with initial usage. Thought custom printing was very expensive. Also, wrong size frame was despatched even though everything else including side panels was the right size - picking error which obviously was not checked before despatch. However, this was rectified straight away and delivery was speedy.

Good looking tent, easy to put up although helped watching the video rather than the paperwork, slightly confused by some of the poles having holes in where you would assume the screws to go only to find out they are not used at all and you push the poles in the whole way.Also tent not waterproof which I was expecting, just light shower proof. Would recommend though.

Julie was very helpful discussing options for printing and we found a solution that suited us at the right price. We've now used the gazebo a couple of times and it's passed the heavy rain and a bit of wind tests so we're pleased with pour purchase! And the carry bag with wheels makes transport and packing up very easy.

Gala tents are very professional and friendly. Helped me choose the perfect product as well as getting it printed. A few very minor defects with the printing were spotted however Gala tents were quick to rectify the problem and I am now very happy with my Gazebo..

Easy to order through online chat, and items arrived quickly.The first time I put the gazebo together, one of the legs fell out as it had not been assembled properly at the factory however this was easily fixed and I am now very happy (not used everything in the order yet though). The 40mm gazebo is a very pracical gazebo and will be using it for most of my events; it is considerably lighter than the 50mm (although not quite as strong..... obviously!

A lovely folding chair. Could be a little higher for dining table use.

Prompt delivery and good service. Erecting the marquee was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, although it does take a while. Our only issue is a small amount of water ingress, dripping from the roof beam after heavy rain, which we can't figure out the cause of. It's frustrating, however, as the marquee is temporarily being used for storage, and we don't want our stuff getting wet.

Good, sturdy 3mx6m tent. Needs to be well pegged against the wind. 10' nails through the feet and something bigger for the corner guys. Works satisfactorily with walls from another brand.
