Staff were easy to get along with and quick to process my order in which I needed quite urgently.
You get what you pay for. First class product with next day delivery. Once received and erected decided to purchase leg weights to compliment the gazebo but told only blue could be supplied due to a management decision. Had to go online to another supplier to get a full set of green leg weights hence the 4 stars.

Five stars as advice prior to purchase, the purchase process, and quick delivery were very efficient , with a good customer interface. I followed up one one item which was dealt with by return. GENERALLY EASYTO ASSEMBLE. HAD A PROBLEM TRYING TO PUT THE SIDE WALLS ON INITIALLY. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
Thanks for good service as always.Your packaging is not up to standard. Box with 4 chairs arrived in poor condition. Delivery of similar sized items from other companies have been packed much more securely. No improvement since last year.
