We had been looking for something to go over our hot tub and our son suggested a Gala Tent. It is everything it claims to be; high quality pvc, strong poles and relatively easy for two people to errect. We can honestly say that the claims of withstanding high winds is indeed accurate as the wind was so strong our grandchildren’ s 10ft trampoline broke away from it’s tethering breaking the metal fixings and shredding the webbing straps. A fence panel was blown down and gutteringripped off the shed but the Gala Tent stood firm. To be fair it is bolted to a concrete base but the poles are still ridged and it kept it’s shape. Our only criticism is securing the door from the outside. Whilst we appreciate the logic behind using the Dutch lacing over zips, it does make it difficult to secure the door from the outside. Overall an excellent purchase.

Damaged our main canvas. The piece of material is a bit larger than advertised which is good. Have not had a chance to fix rear yet but the large square and adhesive looks adequate. No instructions though. Does the whole piece need to be covered in glue??
