We open our garden with the Scotland Garden Scheme and bought 20 chairs to go with our Gala tent. The chairs are excellent, thank you.The tent has sheltered 100s of garden visitors from the delights of the Scottish weather. It has been brilliant and shows few signs of wear after many, many uses. Thank you Gala.

Fantastic service. Very helpful advice on phone. It is a big tent. Came shrink wrapped on a pallet. No advance notice of delivery, luckily I was at home when it arrived.When erected the label letters on the tubing is not visible, so errors can not be seen. Our mistake, many hands trying to 'Help' The next time we put it up we will have to colour code the different elements. For these 2 reasons only 4 stars.

This is my second gazebo from Gala Tent. I'm very satisfied with the quality and how easy they are to put up/take down. I use these at festivals and they have been used in all weather conditions without any issues. They are very robust. Obviously these are quite heavy to handle but they do come in a handy trolley bag. I also recommend the gazebo heater, a great addition for any outdoor events. These certainly keep you warm whilst others are stood there wrapped up in winter clothing. I power my entire stall with a 2kw generator including the heater without any problems.

Pretty happy with my tent - the frame and canopy both seem sturdy without being too heavy, and the frame pops up with a good action. I like the fact that the frame comes with a case on wheels as it is fairly heavy to carry.The only reason not to give 5 stars is that on putting the tent up for the first time I tied it down with guy ropes and one of the eyelets came away from the corner of the canopy. I wasn't using excessive force and certainly nothing like the force that even a mild gust would have put on the rope, so this was disappointing, but other than that it seems very good quality.

Just erected the marquee this morning as a dry run. It took three of us a couple of hours, our friend has experience with similar marquees and this certainly helped.We are very pleased with our choice. It looks great in the garden and feels stable. Glad we got the ground bars... We ordered the straps and additional heavy duty tent pegs not realising that each pair of straps comes with a pair of pegs. We want to return the additional pegs.Looking forward to using it now, hoping for good weather but knowing that rain will not spoil our evening.

Purchased some spares for our Gala Marquees, service was superb and delivered within 48 hours of order.

Excellent! Arrived on time; thought it was heavier than expected , but when we put it up for our show stand it was so solid, especially compared with some other stands. Withstood the rain well. Was easy to erect and take down and pack away. Our group is exceptionally pleased with it!

I ordered a new canopy to replace an old one that was past repair. The material of the new one seems much better and less likely to rot and tear - fingers crossed!The canopy came with attached corner-leg covers but we were sent extra detachable ones which are unnecessary and of no use.The reason I gave a low score was that, on the strength of placing my order, I was cold-called by a Company, purporting to be a sister-Company of Gala Tent, who wanted to offer me a good printing deal for my business. I don''t have a business and I don''t recall giving permission for my contact details to be passed on to other people nor being asked to tick or untick a box for such things.

Great team of very helpful, responsive and friendly staff! I called Gala in a panic a few days before an event after realising that I needed to get an updated valance wrap. The team were so helpful and even in a rush were able to make all the changes needed to the design. The wrap even arrived a day early!
