From first phone call to final delivery, the customer service from the whole team was excellent. I have zero experience in this area and they made the process very easy to understand and helped with exactly what products would meet my needs. This included using the printing service and I could not be happier with the results. I needed replacement poles for a marquee, of unknown make. I rang for assistance and spoke to a friend, knowledgeable man who helped me with my purchase. The poles arrived within a couple of days and are exactly as expected. I had mentioned that we were not in a rush for delivery but even so, the man rang to say the poles would arrive on Friday rather than Thursday. All in all a very swift helpful, efficient

The gazebos are well made. Ours have stood 3 continuous summers of hot sun and high winds. Now I need to replace the roof fabric and they were supplied quickly at a reasonable price with NO FUSS. I have dealt with you before and you are exemplary.
