Great service great products

I wanted something super sturdy that could be used and taken down in a short space of time. The heavy gauge frame is not light, but neither should it be. Plenty of confidence when it comes to setting up and dropping down. The printing was exactly as agreed and the sides which were on back order were delivered once available. I had a problem with the carry bag which was quickly resolved. Can’t fault the customer service. Not all carry bags have pockets for carrying the sides and the canopy, but these will add a lot of weight to an already heavy load, so I prefer to carry them seperately anyway. Highly recommended.

The gazebo was very easy to assemble, very good quality frame and sheet with zips to secure from wind and rain, the service provided during the purchase has been excellent.

Quick service, though notification of when it was going to be delivered would have been handy so that we didn't have to reschedule as we missed it the first time.
