I have bought from this company before so l knew what I was buying . I received good service from Darren and he was very helpful and delivery was very swift and on time I would always buy from Gala and would highly recommend to my friends

After being let down by another company, I found Gala Tents. I spoke to there friendly staff over the phone, who was very helpful if advising me what i needed. He even advised me on getting the cheaper gazebo due to the fact it would only be used 10 times in a year and would bring down costs for me. After waiting around 3 weeks for a fully printed gazebo, it turned up and a week later we used it at a event to promote our show. We were pleasantly suprised with the high quailty of the gaezbo. Everything from the ground pegs, to the pole thickness, was made to last and not done for the bare minimum specification. Have already recommended to another company and would use again in the future! 10/10

While I cannot fault the quality of the gutter, and it's ability to take the rain water away from the middle it does hang down too far, so you can't really use the opening as a walkway without stooping.

From the moment that I first saw the product online and then dicided to purchase the tent my experience with Gala was first class , the sales staff service then stating that delivery would the following day , it was . Then the tent I believe was extremely good value for money, again this has enabled us to enjoy the outside this summer and the hot weather we had. Many thanks mr L of Southampton

I cannot rate my experience of buying our 3mtr x 3mtr Gazebo from Gala Tent highly enough. From my initially contacting Darren in sales to delivery (ahead of schedule) of the Gazebo everything was dealt with great efficiently. The product itself is of excellent quality down to the heavy duty wheeled carrying bag. The Gazebo was also Manufactured in the UK, another plus point. Fantastic solid gazebo, very easy to put up. Heavy but worth it!

sales rep was very good and helpful. I was on my way out on holiday and i ask for the delivery on the next day to be early in the morning and first thing in the morning my goods was with me at the crack of dawn i was so impress thanks again i really appreciate it because i really needed the cover my stuff before i went away.

The product was easy to find and I only wanted two corner pieces that have cracked. When I came to order the carriage was more expensive than the parts which seems a gross miscarriage!
