Very happy with Gala Tent. Gave me great advice when I phoned them allowing me to choose exactly the Gazebo I needed. It all arrived fine, and when I put it up then later gave me good ongoing support. Instructions were clear and it all fitted together. All in all a great experience. I have previously bought a marquee from a DIY store and it was not very secure in windy conditions with parts of it tearing. Have had the Gala marquee now for a few weeks and although a bit more expensive it is a quality made maquee in every way and very durable in our (UK) weather conditions. Very happy with the purchase including the heaters and lights which I have not yet tried but they look perfect for the job.Good service delivered the next day.

He is a up beat and friendly guy , who really takes his time to assist with your every need. He is very attentive and kept his word. He promised us quick delivery even with our time restraint. Our gazebo was on time and the quality was great. I will be buying from you guys again.

Having purchased our Gala Tent 3 yrs. ago we needed to replace the roof. Our order was placed with a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He was able to tell us what size and which material we needed. We paid by Debit card and the goods arrived in 48 hours. Great service.
I am a new car booter and catering events. 4 weeks in. I have bought from other suppliers in the past and on the 1st week our pop up Marquee bent and was unusable after our first outing. Brought a second pop up and from another supplier and got 2 uses out of it. I searched the web and all the reviews recommended Gala Tents. I am not disappointed, Marquee sturdy, easy to put up and have already been asked by other stall holders where I got Marquee from. Customer Service quick and helpful. I am a fan.
