This was out second purchase from Gala. Wanting to duplicate the gazebo we already had, but with no idea what model we had purchased I emailed an inquiry in. The following day I had a phone call confirming our previous order and the promise of an email confirming the details. Said email arrived within minutes. I transferred the funds at 10pm Thursday, Had a confirmation email Friday and had the gazebo delivered Monday.
