A first class service from initial contact, delivery and ease of assembly to replace some parts broken in a storm. My nephews even helped me replace the parts it was that easy. I had borrowed this gazebo but will purchase my own this year and will not even consider any other make. Great product and great service.

Reasonably priced folding chairs and nice colour and style

Delivery was superb. We bought this for extra space for a birthday celebration. It worked brilliantly on the back of our kitchen/diner to make an extra room. We were 14 in total. The tent was extremely easy to erect, but it does need two people (we are 55 and 72 so you don't have to be super strong). It was also very easy to take down. The tent is very sturdy and stood up to the fairly gusty wind we experienced over Christmas. The construction of both poles and fabric are very good and we will get many uses from it, as will our family I suspect. The only slight negative was a small leak in a short piece of seam, but this was rectified immediately by the arrival of a specialised sealant from Gala. They couldn't have been more helpful. Well worth the extra money. I would highly recommend both the product and the company. The family were impressed.

Love the products very good quality but I asked for the courier to call on arrival so I could give directions instead they took the products to reception fortunately they took them in then they called me normally they will not take any parcels and will send them back
