I purchased a new gazebo leg which was dispatched immediately
My Galatent gazebo has now been outside for4 solid years and was our outside space throughout the pandemic. Unfotunately being under a tree and lots of UV we had to replace the canopy but this was not a problem as the frame was as good as when we first put it up. Here’s to another 4 years.
Whilst only a small purchase of a few spare parts, the items were easy to order online and dispatched in good time. Thank you. I’ll be back!
Had our marquee for 13 years and needed to replace the roof and window sides. Was so pleased to see the window sides now have curtains, which makes it so much more private.The quality is also much better.So easy to find and order spares, very user friendly. ????

Brilliant service! I called up as we wanted an entirely blackout gazebo for operating a laser cleaner. The gentleman on the phone explained that a blank side can be separately bought to exchange the window side. Order processed over the phone efficiently and all the items arrived next day. The gazebo frame is extremely sturdy and the material is very tough. We would have no concerns using this in any weather condition.

We needed to order a couple of parts for our marquee, so I phoned Gala Tent and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the assistant who ordered the parts for me directly.
