I have to say that I have been very pleased with the level of customer service you have given me since placing our order with you. The goods arrived the next day, as you said they would, in fact they had arrived by 9.30am. I haven't opened all the boxes yet to check that everything is there but don't anticipate any problems. I intend erecting the tent in the next few days, weather permitting!

After my initial problems with the ordering of my Gala Tent, I have received the most excellent service from your customer service team. Originally my order only showed as a quote, but after talking with you an Invoice was e-mailed which was paid for and sent out that same day. Your customer services said if I was to put that we needed the tent urgently to write it on the invoice with the payment. This I did and the tent was delivered the next working day. When erected the tent was missing 6 bungees. I called your department and left a message. I had a return call within 5 minutes to say that 10 bungees had been sent out immediately. Thanks for all your prompt attention, and I shall be recommending your company to anyone I know who may require a marquee/tent.

Ordered a Gala shade, unfortunately I found out later they were out of stock until September, received no notification of this, disappointing.

Hi there - great product 4m x 8m Gala Tent. It went together as described and the online videos were a great help when there were momentary hesitations.But it would have made our lives much easier if the fixing bolts had been supplied, rather than me having to rush off and buy some. We had hoped that we would be sent some, but no luck yet.Good product - slightly let down by sub-contract manufacturers.
