Would of given 4 stars if it wasn't for the delay in delivery. Once it was delivered and in the end your customer service lady was extremelly helpful my husband found it easy to put up. The gazebo appears very sturdy and is weighted down with your weights. We will be taking extra precautions and drilling into the ground. The fabric of the gazebo is great and love the colour. Can't wait to use it in the coming months. Our hot tub has a new home. Overall very happy with our purchase and would recommend

As usual the order was promptly fulfilled, correct and the product easy to fit. On arrival the package was quite badly damaged but thankfully the product inside was fine. The carton had just had a bit of rough handling by the carrier. Have bought from Gala for many years not the cheapest but great quality product that stands up to a commercial environment.

Great product how ever the door opening could do with zips on them.The corners and middle panel infills could do with velcro strips to hold them in place.Thanks.
Product really superior quality. Lots of compliments from family and friends. Leave a few days for delivery hence 4 not 5 stars. Could have been a bit quicker but well worth the wait. Definitely buy again and recommend.
The marquee once delivered is an excellent product, however, the experience of getting it delivered was so difficult and stressful it has definitely put us off ordering a second marquee.
