After suffering storm damage to a couple of side panels of my 6m x 3m tent, I decided to invest in a complete new set of side and end panels. Having replaved the top cover with a PVC one a couple of years ago I decided to opt for PVS side and end panels. These differ from the original standard panels (material ?) in that the original zips are replaced by a lace-up system. This is fine except where the top cover tails are hooked into the base of each pole. It is not possible to lace up (or rather lace down!) the side panels to ground level and hook the tails onto the poles. Mind you, it was never possible to zip the sides together to the base of the poles either but it was easier to leave the bottom 15cms unzipped. It could well be that, even after having the tent for quite a few years, I have been doing it wrong all along and if so, I apologise, and ask for enlightenment. The other point I would make is that the PVC sides and end panels are a lot heavier than the original ones and whereas I could comfortably erect and dismantle the tent by myself I struggle a bit with the heavier material. (I am cracking on a bit having just turned 80 so maybe I expect too much)Bottom line though, I am delighted with my PVC tent and look forward to many years use in the future.

Easy to order and the goods were correct on delivery. However dispatch was inexplicably delayed, which was not a problem for us but could have been for someone else.

The website was a minefield, it kept going back to the same page. finding the 'shop' section failed. But 'contact' worked and the chap on the phone was excellent.

An excellent product and service, with just one exception: - the carrying holdall (wheeled) is a little too fragile for purpose - it tore on second deployment around one of the carrying handles, which was a tad disappointing.

Excellent lights - slight issue with running them off an inverter and 12v battery - in that they flash around once a second on and off - however- this can be fixed by replacing 2 of the bulbs with 2 dimmable 3w led bulbs - then no flashing! Work fine off mains - just wanted to take them camping - as may others

Solid product.

Arrived on time not realy used yet but quality looks good problem with missing nuts and bolts for ground bars but all sorted as far as we go good customer service

3m sunshade canvas to fit a permanent gazebo. Brilliant, fits perfect. Only minor problem, Velcro fasteners could be longer to fit 3x3??? posts. Otherwise delighted. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. Thank you

This is the seventh Gala Pro-50 marquee I have purchased for Clophill Archery Club. We now have 5, 6 x 3m and 2, 3 x3 m. If the last purchase is as good as the others there will be no problems. They are easy to erect and in the years we have had them stood up to all that has been thrown at them. Weather, wear and tear etc.One of the features we like is that all the component parts are available should anything untoward happen. I do have an issue with the purchase of the last one, a 3 x 3m item. With all the others there were included hold down straps and heavy duty stakes. These were not this time.I filled in their standard form on line asking about this, a couple of days later I had a phone call from a rather officious person who asked what the issue was. This after I had gone to great lengths to explain what the problem was, by his own admission he had not bothered to read my submission. It appears these now cost an extra £25 or so. The main marquee is good but their after sales manner needs working on.I suspect I will hear no more of this.Regards Terry

Great service

Very pleased with the end result. It needed a big team of people to put together; following a 2D drawing of a 3D object wasn't the easiest but luckily we have a couple of technically minded volunteers to start the job off. The reason for the 4 starts is the door. There are no clear instructions on how to fit it, how to attach the canvas and finish the whole thing off.

I love the quality of the material and the workmanship but sadly this is too big for a 3x3m frame it was bought for. I'm not sure what else can be said as there is not a lot I can do about it now ! so mixed review really
