Gala Tent were both helpful and quick to help when we needed a bilingual (Welsh and English) banner to go on our gazebo at the National Eisteddfod. It was a bit fiddly to fit and keep up (safety pins) but having the four sections gave the opportunity to swap the text sections around. Up for 10 days in pretty windy weather and was still secure at the end of the event.

I ordered the canopy to go on my existing galatent gazebo and as extra protection for the products I sell on my craft stall against the sun. It’s marvellous! Once up, it’s extremely sold and secure (even in the wind which I was a bit unsure about) and shades brilliantly. I’ve also used it in the rain - it pools a bit on the canopy so you need to make sure it’s cleared every now and then but it also gave extra protection for my stall. Money well spent on another great galatent product.

Very very pleased with the pop-up gazebo that we ordered. The customer service was first class, advising us on the best one to get. Delivery was far quicker than expected and the product itself is excellent. Very strong, easy to put up and take down. Storage bags are nice and strong as well which is a bonus. Very happy.

Our order was for accessories for gazebos we had already purchased, namely carry cases for 2 3 x 3 gazebos and their sides.My suggestion is that we should have been nudged to get these when we initially ordered the gazebos. Obviously this would have increased the value of the initial order.Very happy with the products and the pricing assistance.
