Amazing quality and service!! Ordered a 8m x 4m gazebo and it arrived next day. My wife and managed to erect it within an hour of it being delivered and get it over our pool to stop the leaves. It’s such a robust gazebo, really high quality. We went for the 50mm version. Highly recommended.

I recently contacted Gala Tents for some spares to fix a Gazebo that we brought from them a few years prior that had been damaged in high winds. The chap on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and quickly found the original order and proceeded to organising the parts we required. The parts arrived quickly and the whole thing went very smoothly. Will be sure to use them again in the future.

I’ve had my tent for around 15 years now. It gets used a few times each year and every time it goes up I am really pleased with the investment we made all those years ago. We’ve bought a new roof as after 10 years it started to leak but for the money we’ve saved on hire costs it’s more than worth it. Spares have been easy to get as and when we’ve needed them. Great product, great company to deal with.
