Fantastic service and top quality new gazebo. We used it for the first time on Saturday and it went up easily and the tie down kit worked great when a few gusts flew through the site.

You cannot go wrong with a pro50 gazebo. I have just bought myself another 3x3m to go with my other one that I put up at the start of COVID. I’ve never taken it down completely it’s been out in all weathers, only item that needed replacing was the canopy. As expected leaving out in all weathers. I wanted more shade so bought another one but I will probably put this one away in winter but I know I do not have to. Great, strong product. Very happy with it.

Ordered a new leg for my gazebo which duly arrived. Unfortunately it had got damaged in transit: rang Gala and after sending photos of the damage a replacement was sent out directly. Very good service and would recommend to everyone.

Weights were exactly as described. Five stars for the service. Gala telephoned to arrange delivery and did everything they said they would.

Always been happy with gala tents, since my first marquee 18 years ago. I found the PVC type better all round, heavier duty canvas and high strength frame. There are companies who do similar looking cheaper tents even down to the tubes/couplings but they often have thinner steel and non-painted frames unlike Gala who supply gloss white powder coated tubes/couplings. Another factor is the easy friendly / helpful support. I had to call them once in the middle of setting up a 14m x 6m marquee once and they helped over the phone then sent a diagram.Well done Gala !

Such a great service. We're so happy with our gazebo. We were on a really tight turnaround as the gazebo was needed for a Charity event. Gala Tents went above and beyond to get the gazebo to us in time. Highly recommend. Great service.
