Due to the fragile nature of the elements once they have left the premises they are no longer covered by warranty. If damaged in transit and signed for as damaged a claim must be reported within two working days.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. I bought 2 replacement halogen heater bulbs, reasonably priced. I picked them up from the factory with no problem. Staff were friendly. Would recommend them. We had a large gazebo from them which was excellent quality and easy to assemble.
I found the salesman very helpful and the product turned up the following day as promised.
